Since 1928, Minneapolis-based Courage Center, a nonprofit rehabilitation and resource center, has had a legacy of advancing the lives of people experiencing barriers to health and independence. Our continuum of care includes rehabilitation therapies, transitional rehabilitation, pain management, vocational and community-based services, and camping and sports and recreation programs for people of all ages and abilities.
Courage Center offers comprehensive rehab services for people of all ages and abilities. We specialize in pain management, brain injury, spinal cord injury and congenital disabilities. We offer accessible fitness centers, aquatic therapy, vocational and community based services, a transitional rehab program, and sports, recreation and camping.

Ramstad to receive National Courage Award
Courage Center will present Congressman Jim Ramstad with its National Courage Award, recognizing an individual’s contributions to the health, welfare and rehabilitation of people with disabilities. The award will be presented during the Medtronic Celebration of Courage Gala on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008 at The Depot in Minneapolis.

General Mills and Courage Center – A 20-Year Partnership
May 31, 2008 marked the 20th year that General Mills retirees partnered with Courage Center at the Courage Country Championships archery event. When the retirees volunteer, they make it possible for youth and adult archers who have physical disabilities to compete. Over the past 20 years General Mills retirees have watched archers improve their skills and their confidence.

Enjoy the Regional Premiere of Neil LaBute’s Autobahn – and Help Cars for Courage
For the production of Autobahn all ticket sales from the July 10 performance, as well as a portion of the total box office sales, will go directly to Cars for Courage. Autobahn is produced by Kaleidoscope Theatre Co. and Workhouse Theatre on the following dates:
